I have been taking Natren Digest-a-Lac for about 2 years. I had to go off it for a period of time due to a medical procedure. I noticed how much more bloating I had without it. Once I resumed taking it the bloating subsided dramatically.

Excellent product! A game changer for my gut! I take daily and it has really transformed my gut balance and I have chrons and I no longer need to take any medications. This has been one of the best things to alleviate any symptoms I had. I travel internationally a lot and I just take it with an ice pack! Works great.

I have searched for a good probiotic for so long. I happen to be reading a book on the health of your digestive system and that recommended Natren probiotics. So, I ordered this along with some other products and I am so impressed. These are now the only probiotics I will use. I know they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you want a great probiotic that is going to work for you then you need to purchase from Natren. I use the the Bifido Factor, Life Start, Digest A Lac & Megadophilus. These keep my system working perfect.

I like it that the different strains of probiotics come bottled separately, so I can easily select the strains that are most helpful for me. I also appreciate the guaranteed quantity of active probiotics. My only wish is that the vegan digesti-lac came in a powdered form as the others do.
