Natren probiotic products are always refrigerated while not in transit. They are always shipped in Natren’s thermally controlled packaging which follows our precise shipping protocol to maintain potency throughout the shipping process. Our thermally controlled packaging has been used successfully for 37 years and cannot be substituted. Look for Natren’s unique white packaging. If handled incorrectly, Natren does not guarantee the potency and health results.
2 Day UPS Air shipping is included free of charge with orders over $65. $65 minimum in cart is required, after promotion/discount, to qualify for free shipping. Orders under $65 will be charged an $8 shipping fee.
A $12.95 packaging/handling charge will be added to your order for our custom thermal packaging which ensures your products arrive unaffected by extreme temperatures. During the hotter months, we also include dry ice.
Orders placed before 11am (PST) M/T/W ship same day, orders placed after that time will ship next day.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund through our money back guarantee, you must have ordered directly from either www.natren.com or from one of our probiotic phone consultants. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and return of all empty, opened, and/or sealed products.
Purchases made at a retail store location are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges directly from Natren. You will need to contact the store where you originally made your purchase and follow their return policy guidelines. Please read more about unauthorized resellers here.
This 90 day money back guarantee is available to first time customers only. Limit one refund per customer household. You can always return any item purchased from Natren direct (by phone) or Natren.com for any reason within ninety (90) days of purchase (the product ship date is considered the date of purchase), and receive a refund for the product purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable. Natren reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the purchase price of the Natren probiotics, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If after 30 days, you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Natren will only replace probiotics if they arrive to the customer defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your probiotics must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. SHIPPING
To return your probiotics, mail them to: 3105 Willow Lane Westlake Village, CA 91361. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your probiotics to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, Natren is not responsible for packages returned to you or lost packages during shipment.
