They come shipped with an ice pack , and it was still cold , however I am concerned about the products staying cold in the heat of the summer when it's 90 or 100 degrees.
Maybe they have that figured out already.
I like the powder mega dophalis and the bifadus.
My wife just bought a bottle of megadophalis capsules from Natural Grocers in Arizona and said she was going to return it , because she feel any difference.
I think it may take a few weeks or more to notice an improvement, or product may have gotten warm in transport .
Anyway , I think they are helping me and Natren is the only probiotics company I will buy from .

Great for reducing anxiety. I tolerate dairy just fine, so this works for me. Another customer downgraded it because they claimed dairy wasn't listed in the product info, but it clearly says "dairy" on the front label.
