I came across this website as I was searching for Yogurt Starters and related info. I ordered a bottle of Healthy Tummy which are probiotic dietetic supplements which are said to help in curbing appetites therefore aiding in a weight loss regimen. I have been taking them for over a week - about 6 a day (2 at a time), spread over a 12 hr. period and they really have curbed my appetite and taken my mind off of food. The great thing about them other than the great taste is that they are completely natural. I just ordered 5 more 45 wafer jars as they definitely are working and I have some weight to lose.
